Man escapes lifetime sex offender probation through legal loophole (Eastern Arizona Courier)

A man who was convicted of attempted molestation of a child under the age of 15 and sexual abuse was released from serving a lifetime sex offender probation term Dec. 16 due to a legal loophole.
