Test: Fulton man's blood alcohol was twice legal limit at fatal crash (The Post-Standard)

Tests show that William Levea’s blood alcohol content was twice the state’s legal limit for driving while intoxicated when he allegedly caused a fatal accident in Cato last Friday, an official said Tuesday.
