Gleed Avenue Legal Battle is Finished (East Aurora Advertiser)

After more than a year, the legal battle that attorney Arthur J. Giacalone and other residents fought against the Town of Aurora is over. Town Attorney Ronald P. Bennett told the Aurora Town Board on Sept. 28 that the town has been successful against each of the challenges and appeals that began in early 2008.
