Neenah-Menasha gets help in legal defense for PCB costs (The Appleton Post-Crescent)

NEENAH The Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission has reached an agreement with three insurance companies to pay for its legal defense against potential liability associated with the Fox River cleanup.
